OATC’s goal is to partner with local churches and Christian organizations to provide the safe haven and resources needed to accommodate our brothers and sisters in Christ transitioning from prison to promise.

We realize that everyone needs a church home and prayerfully considered, we can help those leaving incarceration to determine where they  belong.
